Guide to proper maintenance of Wet and Dry Sprinkler Systems
Why Quarterly Inspections of Wet and Dry Sprinkler Systems?

Information on the Proper Maintenance of Wet and Dry Sprinkler Systems:
The Responsibility of the Service Company and the Customer.

This change follows the requirement of the National Fire Protection Association Pamphlet 25 (2002 edition), which covers the recommendations for the maintenance of sprinkler systems. A copy can be obtained from the National Fire Protection Association, 1 Batterymarch Park, PO Box 9101, Quincy, MA 02269 or by calling (800) 344-3555 or visiting www.nfpacatalog.org.

Bayside Fire Protection is giving you the option of having us perform the quarterly inspections or maintaining the annual inspections. If you decide not to have us perform the quarterly inspections, you should put in place a system to train your maintenance staff in performing the inspections.

Please keep in mind that there are also monthly inspections required. If you would like us to just do the annual inspection and maintain your compliance with State requirements, you will have to perform the monthly and quarterly inspection yourself.

However, if you would like Bayside Fire Protection to do monthly inspections, give us a call and we would be happy to give you our monthly inspection prices.

If you should have any questions about these inspections, please feel free to contact Bayside Fire Protection at 410-286-3314.
